We remember and honor our esteemed founder, the late Mr. Khaled Yousef Al-Marzouq, a successful Kuwaiti businessman whose passion for modern architecture and commerce resonated deeply with Kuwait's social and political structure. Mr. Khaled Yousef Al-Marzouq left behind a pioneering and distinguished legacy through the successful companies he established. These companies have made significant contributions to Kuwait's history and renaissance. He played a significant role in establishing major institutions such as The Commercial Bank of Kuwait, The Kuwait Real Estate Bank, and the Kuwait Real Estate Company.

Mr. Marzouq has founded several prominent companies, including Kuwait Projects Construction and Real Estate Company, LA'ALA AL KUWAIT Real Estate Company, Kuwait Financial Group Company, Nouf Real Estate Company, Bab Al-Kuwait Press Company (Al-Anbaa Newspaper), and Youssef Al-Marzouq and Lulwa Al-Nassar for Islamic Medicine Center.
